Scholarships - We have three different types of scholarships this year.  The Local Business Scholarship is provided to help any students with tuition assistance needs.  The Nelson Hersh and MMDCo. scholarships were created to provide the serious dancer with opportunities to earn additional classes that will help them achieve their future goals.  We are looking for dancers that are committed to achieving the highest standards of their talent with professionalism positively influencing and encouraging those that dance with them.  All the scholarships and requirements are listed below.

Local Business Scholarship - This is grant money provided by local small businesses.     
        Scholarship Benefits - The student receives money to pay a portion of their tuition.

        Scholarship Requirements - Student must be in need of assistance.                                                  Audition Information - There is no audition, just fill out the application.

Nelson Hersh D.D.S Scholarship - Nelson Hersh is a Orthodontist with Offices in Waterford and West Bloomfield.  This is his fourth year supporting Mmdco.
        Scholarship Benefits - The student that receives this scholarship will receive one additional                                                class, beyond the two they are currently enrolled in, free.
        Scholarship Requirements - Must be at least age 9, enrolled in at least two classes (one of                                                          which must be ballet) at time of audition, and danced at                                                                      Modern Messages last year.
        Audition Information - Must fill out audition application, prepare a minute and a half solo,                                                     sign up for audition time.


Modern Messages Scholarship -
       Scholarship Benefits - The student that receives this scholarship will receive unlimited
                                             classes, beyond the 4 they are currently enrolled in, free.
       Scholarship Requirements - Must be at least 13 years old, at an intermediate or advanced
                                                        level, enrolled in at least 4 classes (two of which must be
                                                        ballet) at time of audition, danced at Modern Messages for at
                                                        least two years.  Additionally, the student will be provided with a
                                                        list of chores around the studio they must complete weekly.
        Audition Information - Must fill out audition application, prepare a minute and a half solo,                                                     sign up for audition time.
